Tuesday's Waterfront Run ("TWR", "we", "us") operates a members-only web app at tuesdayswaterfrontrun.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how it is used.

How we use your data
- To operate your account and verify your identity
- To send event announcements and reminders (email or SMS, per your preference)
- To display your run history and leaderboard ranking
- To administer the prize wheel and special event check-ins

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-party services
- Supabase — database and authentication (US-based)
- Vercel — hosting and edge functions (US-based)
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Twilio — SMS delivery (only if you opt into SMS)
- Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection on sign-up and login
Each provider processes data only as needed to deliver their service.
Data retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal information is removed within 30 days. Anonymized run statistics (no name or contact info) may be retained for historical records.
Your rights
You can update or correct your profile at any time from your account settings. To request deletion of your account and all associated personal data, email us at tuesdayswaterfrontrun@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Security
Passwords are hashed and never stored in plaintext. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to member data is restricted to club administrators.
