Each provider processes data only as needed to deliver their service.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal information is removed within 30 days. Anonymized run statistics (no name or contact info) may be retained for historical records.
You can update or correct your profile at any time from your account settings. To request deletion of your account and all associated personal data, email us at tuesdayswaterfrontrun@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Passwords are hashed and never stored in plaintext. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to member data is restricted to club administrators.
